Appointment Policy

Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved
especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule
changes are necessary,
Therefore we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for
cancellations
.
Appointment Check-in                      

New Clients
Should arrive 10 minutes prior to scheduled time to complete a
full consultation prior to new services scheduled.

Returning Clients
Should arrive 5 minutes prior to scheduled appointment for
assessment of any changes that may need to be applied.

Late Arrivals
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated
so that we can provide you with  the extraordinary service
and professionalism we are committed to.
We understand unforeseen incidents occur. However, To be fair
to the next up coming clients who are on time. We do ask that if
you are running late to please notify us by phone. No more than
10 minutes grace period is given on appointments.

After 15 minutes, services may be forfeited, shortened, or
rescheduled due to availability.

Cancellations
Please be respectful of our time as well as other clients. Your
intended appointment time could have been utilized by another
client. This is why we strictly enforce a 24 hour appointment
change or cancellation notice.

Gift Certificates
All gift certificates expire one year from the original purchase
date. Donations, complimentary, or charitable event gift
certificates will expire as noted on the certificate and certain
restrictions may apply.
Gift certificates cannot be used toward gratuities or toward
purchase of another gift certificate.
